SATTVA Ananda Mind Meditation

Mind follows the breath, supporting the clear observation of mental activity. Beginning with thought, attention notices the natural movement of thinking as it arises and passes. Awareness then includes emotion, sensing the feel...ing tone that moves through the body. As observation deepens, attention settles into the sense of “I am,” the felt experience of being. This gradually refines into a simple sense of “I,” the subtle presence without narrative. These stages engage networks related to self-awareness and emotional processing, allowing the mind to settle and clarify. As awareness deepens, mental activity becomes more spacious, and attention rests within an open field where thoughts, emotions, and identity arise and dissolve.
