Front Body and Somatics
Anatomically opening up the front of the body helps to relieve congestion and tension, especially in the areas surrounding the organs and the fronts of the quadriceps muscles.
By practicing Front Body, we can heal and prevent

rounded shoulder
compression in the chest
shortness of breath
digestive issues
Live Sessions

Join Us Live
All levels of practitioner are welcome and encouraged to join!
The weekly live classes are a chance to learn and develop your personal practice. Each month we focus on a different area of the anatomical body and dive deep into a sequence that addresses that area. By practicing this sequence repeatedly you are able to understand the postures in relation to your own body and practice. This is the path to embodiment!
