Intro to Side Body
Side Body and Somatics
Anatomically opening the side body from the inner and outer lines of legs all the way along the outsides of the torso and along the neck, jaw and head. By creating space we can release energetic and emotional holding through the side of the body. Releasing the past will free you to come into the experience of now.
By practicing Front Body, we can heal and prevent
excessively tight IT band
knee pain
weak ankles and arches
glute tension
excessive shoulder stiffness
misaligned tracking of the scapula
jaw tension

All levels of practitioner are welcome and encouraged to join!
The weekly live classes are a chance to learn and develop your personal practice. Each month we focus on a different area of the anatomical body and dive deep into a sequence that addresses that area. By practicing this sequence repeatedly you are able to understand the postures in relation to your own body and practice. This is the path to embodiment!
