The central strength lines of the body is how the tissue of the body organizes itself from the center of the tissues outward to the level of the skin. Now that we have opened up the awareness of the body through the front, back and sides we can reveal the core central strength lines of the body

The weekly live classes are a chance to learn and develop your personal practice. Each month we focus on a different area of the anatomical body and dive deep into a sequence that addresses that area. By practicing this sequence repeatedly you are able to understand the postures in relation to your own body and practice. This is the path to embodiment!
