The Body series rotates through 4 sequences designed to progressively open up each area of the body, starting with feet and legs, moving on to hips and pelvis, going up through the torso and finishing with the shoulders, neck and head. The foundational series targets the postural muscles of the body, the muscles that keep the body upright, stacked and moving with ease through space. When we focus on strengthening within these often smaller muscle groups we ensure the overall communication of the body’s systems.
