Intro to Back Body
Back Body and Somatics
Targeting from the tops of your hands to the bottoms of your feet, anatomically opening the back of the body we address tight hamstrings, weak glutes, and rounded neck and shoulders.By creating space we can release energetic and emotional holding through the back of the body such as old sorrows, grief and anger about experiences from the past. Releasing the past will free you to come into the experience of now.
By practicing Back Body, we can heal and prevent
foot pain
plantar fasciitis
chronic leg pain
tight hamstrings
low back pain
discomfort sitting down
Live Sessions

Join Us Live
All levels of practitioner are welcome and encouraged to join!
The weekly live classes are a chance to learn and develop your personal practice. Each month we focus on a different area of the anatomical body and dive deep into a sequence that addresses that area. By practicing this sequence repeatedly you are able to understand the postures in relation to your own body and practice. This is the path to embodiment!
