Welcome back to your body
Somatic Living is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body through awareness, breath, and gentle movement.
A progressive practice. Short sessions. Ongoing support.
Holistic healing starts with the body
Stress is not only something we think about. It is something the body carries.
At times, stress can sharpen focus and bring clarity.
At other times, it accumulates quietly, shaping posture, breath, and movement.
Somatic Living begins by noticing how these patterns live in the body, creating space for the nervous system to reorganize without force or urgency.

Progressive Foundations Series
The Foundations series offers a gradual, guided way to reconnect with the body. Practices move through the body in a simple progression, beginning with the legs and feet, then exploring the hips and pelvis, the torso, and finally the shoulders, neck, and head.
Each sequence supports awareness, strength, and ease without rushing or forcing. The focus is on rebuilding communication through posture, movement, and sensation so the body can feel supported as a whole.
Structured Four-Month Cycle
The Somatic Living Monthly Sequence introduces a structured, four-month cycle, focusing on opening the tissue of the body from front, back, side and central strength line.
Through this method we address the entire body systematically and allow time for the wisdom to integrate and become our own before we move on to the next section of the body.
Breathwork
Breathwork is the opportunity for us to go beyond our normal range of breath and begin to learn how the lungs, ribcage and diaphragm work together with the body’s systems in order to exercise deeper breath and it’s subsequent effects on body health, mood and
Guided Meditation
Meditation invites us into the living intelligence of the body, a simple yet profound way to grow in awareness and presence. In this approach, we learn to listen closely to the language of sensation, using the body itself as our teacher. Each part, each breath, becomes a doorway into deeper connection.
